OHL: Suzuki and Durzi prove valuable additions to Guelph

Nathan Dunkley struck twice in the Knights' 5-2 win over the Rangers.

Fomer Owen Sound Attacker Kevin Hancock earned two assists in the win.

Billy Moskal had the game winner for London, scoring unassisted and short handed at 7:10 of the second.

Antonio Stranges and Liam Foudy also scored for the Knights.

The Rangers got goals from Jonathan Yantsis and Riley Damiani. Rickard Hugg had two assists.

Guelph 8 Ottawa 4

Isaac Ratcliffe had a hat trick and an assist in Guelph's 8-4 win over Ottawa.

Former Owen Sound Attack captain Nick Suzuki set up four of the Storm's goals including all three of Ratcliffe's. Sean Durzi, who was also acquired by Guelph in a trade with Owen Sound last week, had two goals for the Storm.

Keegan Stevenson, Liam Hawel and Nate Schnarr also scored in the win.

The Storm chased 67's netminder Michael DiPietro from net early in the second after scoring five goals on 18 shots. Cedrick Andree stopped three of the 20 shots he faced.

Anthony Popovich made 21 saves for the Storm.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
