Blowing snow and squalls continue Wednesday

It's another difficult day to travel very far in our area due to a "back-lash snow" from Tuesday's storm.

Off-lake snow squalls and blowing snow continue Wednesday, and won't die down until late in the afternoon.

Drivers are facing very poor visibility and near white-out conditions at times because of the strong wind.

Major routes are snow-covered, snow-packed and slushy.  Secondary roads are snow-covered, with heavily drifted sections.

Additional snowfall of 10-15 centimetres is possible in snow streamers and squalls.
