Two arrested and stolen vehicle recovered in Kincardine

Police have two people in custody in connection with a series of break-enter-and-thefts in the Flesherton area last week.

A business on Grey Road 4 in the Municipality of Grey Highlands was entered around 5:30 a.m. on February 6. Two laptop computers were taken from the Fleshcon office, and a Ford F250 pick-up truck was stolen from the property.

While at the scene, police received a report of another break-in to a residence on Grey Road 4. When they arrived, police found the F250 pickup that had been stolen from the Fleshcon business.

A 2006 GMC Sierra pick-up truck, a 2012 Kawasaki Mule side-by-side utility vehicle, a 2016 Yamaha dirt bike, and a trailer were reported stolen from the residential property.

On Wednesday night, February 13, the stolen GMC Sierra pick-up truck and trailer were recovered by South Bruce OPP as part of a traffic stop in Kincardine.

A 36-year-old Grey Highlands man and a 39-year-old Hanover woman were arrested and are facing multiple charges.
