OPP Cruiser. Blackburn News file photo.A 72-year-old Orangeville man has died of the injuries he suffered in a crash on Wellington Road 109 near Arthur.
Police were called to the crash on March 6 just after midnight. It involved a tractor trailer and a sports utility vehicle.
Police said Glen Gary Nix was the driver of the SUV and he had to be airlifted to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries at the time of the crash. He died in hospital.
The crash is still being investigated.
Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
