Hamilton man accused of sexually assault Grey Highlands girl

A 57-year-old Hamilton man is accused of sexually assaulting a girl under 16-years-of-age in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.

Grey County OPP say the incident happened in January of last year and was reported to police the following April. The accused was working in the area at the time of the alleged assault.

Hamilton Police arrested Dale Patrick Graham on Wednesday and turned him over to the OPP.

He is charged with sexual interference, sexual assault on a person under 16, and two counts of failing to comply with a prohibition regarding children.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
