UPDATE: Woman's body found in Grand River in Elora

Police say the female involved in this incident has been identified, and her death has been determined to be non-suspicious.

No further information will be released.

The body of a woman was found in the Grand River in Elora on Friday morning.

OPP were called to the scene around 11:30 a.m. along with Centre Wellington Fire and Rescue and Guelph-Wellington Paramedics.

Investigators are currently trying to identify the deceased and the cause of death is being determined.

There are no other details at this time.
