County officers monitoring intersections

Perth County OPP will be increasing their presence on county roads this week.

Police will be conducting a "Stop and Look" campaign, aimed at monitoring the 1,150 intersections within Perth County, and ensuring drivers are properly stopping and obeying the intersections with stop signs.

Officers will be especially attentive at the more major intersections with stop signs in the county to crack down on intersection related offences. The campaign will run from Monday until March 31.
