OPP investigate truck theft in Brockton

South Bruce OPP officers are investigating a report of a stolen vehicle in the Municipality of Brockton.

On April 3rd, officers responded to a break and enter into a residence on Sideroad 5, Greenock, in the Municipality of Brockton.

Police allege that sometime on the night of April 1st, suspects arrived at the home in a stolen pick-up truck, broke into the residence and then proceeded to steal a different pick-up truck.

An expert exam was completed on the recovered stolen vehicle left at the residence.

The stolen vehicle that is still outstanding is described as a 1994 Chevrolet Silverado, Green-Teal in Colour.

Police are continuing to investigate and would like assistance from the public.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
