Dundalk to get new main street streetlight poles

Dundalk can expect to see some new decorative streetlight poles in the downtown.

The work is being funded through a $45,000 grant from the AMO Main Street Revitalization Fund.

The new poles will be installed in the section of the main street being rebuilt this year.

The money was originally earmarked for the paving of a parking lot in the downtown, but that project didn’t pan out when a new pharmacy located nearby decided not to build in 2019.
