Suspects sought in Kincardine jewellery store robbery

Police are looking for suspects following break and enter at a Kincardine jewellery store.

The Ontario Provincial Police said on Friday just before 4 a.m., an unknown number of thieves smashed the glass on the front door of Gemini Jewellers to get inside. An unknown amount of jewellery was stolen during the robbery.

A small black, four-door sedan was seen in the area at the time of the break and enter.

One suspect is described as being 5'6" tall with an average build, wearing dark clothing including a hooded sweatshirt and a black backpack with a reflective stripe.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
