The crash happened shortly after midnight Tuesday morning.
Police had closed a section of Southgate Road 24, between Boothville and Swinton Park, for the investigation, but that road re-opened around 7:30 a.m.
No other information about the crash has been released.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
