Names released of three victims of Huron East crash

The three men killed in a pickup truck crash near Brussels Monday were all under the age of 20.

Huron County OPP have identified the driver as 17-year-old Dennis Linthorst of Howick Township. Two passengers in the pickup were 19-year-old Ivan Kuepfer of South Bruce, and 14-year-old Owen Bakker of Brockton.

A fourth passenger remains in serious condition in hospital in London.

The southbound pickup left Brussels Line just before 8 a.m. Monday and crashed into a ditch and concrete culvert.

The OPP investigation continues.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
