Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound Conservative candidate opens office

The Conservative candidate in Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound has a home base.

Retired Colonel Alex Ruff officially opened his campaign office in Heritage Place Mall in Owen Sound with over 100 supporters there including local politicians and MPP Bill Walker.

Ruff said he continues to hear from constituents in Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound that they are tired of policies that have made life more expensive for families, seniors and small business owners.

Some comments specifically targeting the carbon tax.

“Our team has already knocked on thousands of doors in the riding and I have attended countless events in numerous communities so far,” said Ruff. “I encourage everyone to come by our office any time to pick up a lawn sign, meet our excellent team, sign up to volunteer, and show your support.”

The office of the Alex Ruff Campaign is located at Centre Court in the Heritage Place Mall at 1350 16th St. E in Owen Sound.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
