WGPS 'pulls' for the Durham hospital

Members of the West Grey Police Service demonstrated that a few people can make a huge difference.

Ten members of the police service team pulled a 54,000-pound fire truck to raise money for the Durham Hospital.

The event Saturday brought in a total of $10,000 from the various teams that took part.

The West Grey Fire Department provided the truck and the Durham hospital staff were a key part of organizing the event.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
