Bruce County is appointing Griffin Allen as the acting Brucelea Haven administrator.
The move comes following the suspension of four senior officials at the county including the director of Brucelea Haven.
The long-term care home in Walkerton has been the subject of several non-compliance orders from the Ministry of Health.
"We are delighted to have Mr. Allen join our team of dedicated staff at Brucelea Haven and we are confident that his skills, experience, and knowledge will provide leadership to our long-term care facility," said Bruce County Warden Mitch Twolan in a news release.
The release read that Allen served as administrator for Primacare Living Solutions, "overseeing all aspects of the facility's operations, leading the management team and staff in providing excellent care and services."
