Coastal Plant ID workshop this weekend at the Point Clark Beach

This weekend residents can enjoy the chance to learn more about coastal ecosystems. You can register at The Coastal Centre for Saturday's Coastal Plant ID workshop at the Point Clark Beach Pavillion.

The coastal centre and special guest, Lynn Short, from Horticulture at Humber College will lead participants on an educational walk along the shoreline. It's a chance to learn about local coastal flora and the history of many coastal ecosystems. The walk goes from 10 am to 12 pm. Remember to bring shoes for the outdoors, a notebook, a camera, and a mug to reduce waste.

Admission is free and there will be snacks and refreshments.
