Power outages shrinking in the region

Hydro One says they are continuing to work to restore power to areas that lost it during last night's storm.

Approximately 46,000 people in the province still remain in the dark, with just 2,600 of those in the Southern region. Within Midwestern Ontario, there is now just 1 customer in the Clinton area listed as without power.

Restoration times are unknown as crews continue their repairs, which include 18 downed and damaged poles and cross arms in the region.
