Two stolen trucks found abandoned in Grey County

Grey Bruce OPP continue to seek suspects after two trucks were stolen from a Markdale company.

OPP officers were called to a report of a truck in the ditch about 8 a.m. on Sunday on Southgate Sideroad 39.

They contacted the owner of the truck and learned it was stolen. The owner then discovered a second truck was also taken from his business property.

On Monday, West Grey police officers located the outstanding stolen truck on 10th Side Road NDR North of Concession 8 NDR.

At the request of West Grey Police Service, OPP attended and recovered the vehicle and complete the investigation of the scene.

Grey Bruce OPP continue to investigate the theft of the two trucks.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
