Teddy Bears ready to comfort kids in Saugeen Shores

The Saugeen Shores Corvette Club has generously donated teddy bears to the Saugeen Shores Police Service and Saugeen Shores Fire Service.

The donated teddy bears will help comfort children involved in accidents and traumatic situations.

The Saugeen Shores Corvette Club was started in 2010 and went on to create the Corvette Corral at Pumpkinfest. Members Betty Bender and Gerry Knight realized they were privileged to own such cars, and decided to give back to the community.

The bears are from Turtle Crossings Toy Store in Port Elgin.
