Audible traffic signals to be upgraded in Mount Forest and Arthur

Wellington North has agreed to proceed with upgrades to its audible signals on traffic lights in Mount Forest and Arthur.

The signals have not operated properly for several years.

However, before proceeding with upgrades, Wellington North will await comments from Wellington County’s Accessibility Advisory Committee.

The committee is trying to get a standardized set of audible signals for all of Wellington County.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
