Walkerton man wins half a million dollars

A $500,000 MAXMILLIONS prize can help Lynval Baylis of Walkerton realize his dreams. He won the prize in the November 26, 2019, LOTTO MAX draw.

The 50-year old poultry barn worker plans on purchasing a house and sharing his windfall with his family.

Baylis said he had a feeling of disbelief when he first scanned his ticket.

"It's amazing," Lynval said. "Winning is a life-changing experience."

"When I scanned my ticket, I couldn't believe it," added Lynval, while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his cheque.
