UPDATE: Fog advisory issued

Environment Canada has issued a fog advisory for parts of Southern and Central Ontario.

An advisory was issued around 6:02 p.m. Thursday for Shelburne - Mansfield - Northern Dufferin County, Hanover - Dundalk - Southern Grey County and  Owen Sound - Blue Mountains - Northern Grey County.

According to the advisory, near-zero visibility is expected or is occurring in some areas including; Mount Forest - Arthur - Northern Wellington County, northern Perth County, northern Huron County, and Bruce Peninsula - Sauble Beach - Tobermory.

Dense fog patches are expected over many parts of the region Thursday night and early Friday morning.

Travelling may become hazardous in some areas.   Drivers are encouraged to turn on their car lights and maintain a safe following distance.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
