One person still unaccounted for after fire in Grey Highlands

One person has not been accounted for after a fire burned down a home in Grey Highlands Thursday.

Police, fire and paramedics were called to the scene just after 7 a.m. Thursday on Artemesia-Euphrasia Townline, east of Grey Road 13.

Two of the three occupants were accounted for with one taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Firefighters spent half the day fighting the fire.

Police and the Ontario Fire Marshal are still investigating the cause.

Names haven't been released.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
