Michelle Caldwell of Listowel won the prize in the MAXMILLIONS draw on January 7 after matching seven numbers for the win.
Caldwell said she plans to share her winnings with family and donate to charity.
She said the win is life-changing and she was hyperventilating while checking her ticket.
The winning ticket was purchased at Shoppers Drug Mart on Wallace Avenue in Listowel.
