Snow and strong winds will affect region Saturday

Strong winds are expected to accompany a lot of snow into the region Saturday.

Amounts ranging from 15 to 20 cm are likely and gusts of up to 50 km/h or higher are possible. The could create white outs and affect visibility, most of which is expected through the afternoon Saturday and into the evening.

Environment Canada has issued a 'Snowfall Warning' and urges people to be prepared for quick changing conditions.

The warning affects all of southern Ontario, stretching from Windsor, east to Cornwall and to the Algonquin park areas.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
