Deer shot out of season in Hullett Marsh Provincial Wildlife area

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry is seeking to identify individuals responsible for shooting a deer during the closed season.

On January 15, officers from the MNRF's Clinton office were called to the Hullett Marsh Provincial Wildlife area in Central Huron. Officers located a white-tailed deer that had been shot, partially field dressed and had the antlers cut off.

The area is known to be frequented by hunters.
