Driver charged following fatal crash near Dundalk

The Ontario Provincial Police have completed an investigation into a crash in June near Dundalk that left one person dead.

Rachael Baker, 30, was pronounced dead at the scene.

As a result of the collision on Highway 10, a 29-year-old from Southgate Township has been charged with making an unsafe move.

The accused will appear in court in Orangeville next week to answer to the charge.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
