Hanover residents will have to use one of three nearby ServiceOntario centres located in Durham, Paisley, Walkerton or Harriston.
IServiceOntario said it is committed to ensuring that customers receive excellent service in a timely manner.
Residents can also access more than 40 services online 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Those services include vehicle registration and health card renewal.
