UPDATE: Collision near Brucefield sends two to hospital

An Ornge air ambulance has airlifted a victim from the scene of a two-vehicle collision west of Brucefield.

Huron OPP said both drivers were sent to hospital Monday afternoon -- one with serious but non-life threatening injuries and the other with non-life threatening injuries.

It happened on Airport Line at Mill Road.

Airport Line is closed between Roman Road and Centennial Road and Mill Road is closed from Bannockburn Line and Taylor Line. There has been no word on when those roads will reopen.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
