Police investigate smash-and-grab at Brussels LCBO

Huron OPP are looking for a suspect in a smash-and-grab in Brussels.

Police said it happened just before 11: p.m. on Saturday at the LCBO. Officers responding to a commercial alarm found a large double-paned window smashed in at the Turnberry Street building.

Two large "Texas Mickey" bottles of booze were missing. One was Smirnoff Vodka, the other a whiskey. The total value of the missing liquor is about $300.

Police are looking for a man wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and cargo pants.

Anyone with information is asked to call Huron OPP or Crime Stoppers.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
