Bylaw review in Goderich

Goderich is going to hire a consultant to review some of the town's bylaws.

Mayor John Grace said they want the consultant to review things like routine parking and traffic bylaws and bylaws around how people keep their yards.

“The smaller bylaw issues that we enforce at the town level, this company is going to review all of those, make sure that we're in compliance and that they work, they'll also train our bylaw officers.”

Grace said they still have to work out some of the details but will be ready to get the project started.
