(Blackburn News file photo)Huron County OPP are investigating the theft of a magnetic locator device.
According to the victim, the device was stolen sometime between March 17 and March 24 from their parked vehicle on North Street in Goderich. The magnetic locator is commonly used by surveyors to find iron stakes.
The stolen magnetic locator is a Schonstedt model 6A-52Cx valued at approximately $965.
Anyone with any information regarding this theft should contact Huron County OPP or Crime Stoppers.
