Police investigating theft of tower light from construction site

Grey-Bruce OPP officers are investigating after a large tower light was stolen from a local construction site.

On May 19 at 10:33 a.m., officers responded to a call regarding a theft from a construction site at the government docks off Howdenvale Road in South Bruce Peninsula.

Sometime between May 15 and the morning of May 19, unknown suspects removed a yellow 2011 Allmand Brothers ML20V towable tower light valued at $5,000 from the site.

Police are asking anyone with information regarding this theft to contact Grey-Bruce OPP or Crime Stoppers.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
