Drugs seized in Exeter search

An Exeter man faces a number of drug charges after police searched a home this week.

Police executed a search warrant on Wednesday at home on Marlborough Street in Exeter. They seized quantities of Methamphetamine, Fentanyl, Oxycodone, Hydromorphone and Psilocybin. The estimated, combined value of the seized controlled substances is approximately $3,400.

Drug packaging materials, digital scales money, cell phones and two replica pellet guns were also seized in the search.

A 39-year old from Exeter faces a list of charges including possession for the purpose of trafficking.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
