Hanover relaxes restrictions on municipal facilities

Hanover is further relaxing some restrictions on municipal facilities as part of a careful approach to expanding access to municipal facilities amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Public washrooms at Hanover Park and the soccer fields are now open and cleaned twice daily.

Outdoor sports fields can be used, such as the soccer fields and baseball diamonds, provided physical distancing rules are followed.

The rotary dog park is now open, as well as pavilions and trails. Public benches are open with precaution signage in place.

Park visitors are still encouraged to bring their own chairs or blankets for sitting in parks and open spaces.
