Charges laid following collision near Exeter in June

Charges have been laid following a collision near Exeter in June.

Officers found two demolished vehicles when they arrived on scene at the intersection of Airport Lane and Kirkton Road on June 7th.

As a result of an investigation, Huron County Ontario Provincial Police have charged a 25-year-old with three counts of Operation Causing Bodily Harm, as well as one count each of operating a vehicle over 80 milligrams and disobeying a stop sign.

The accused is scheduled to appear in court on October 26th to answer to the charges.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
