Bruce Power offers support to Women's House

Bruce Power has announced further support for Women’s House Serving Bruce & Grey.

The company has announced an additional $20,000 donation in an effort to help offset fundraising underperformances.

In a release,  Director of Community, Media Relations John Peevers says the organization is needed now more than ever, as the pandemic has created a significant increase in the need for supportive environments for victims of domestic abuse.

The funding is in addition to the $16,000 donated earlier this year- part of a four-year sponsorship commitment, totaling $61,000
