The Member of Provincial Parliament for Perth-Wellington calls the COVID-19 outbreaks at Caressant Care Arthur and Carressant Care Listowel "very concerning".

In a statement, Randy Pettapiece confirms he is now making sure the province understands "the seriousness of this situation", and has written to the Minister of Long-Term Care and the Minister of Seniors and Accessibility, urging them to "make available every resource to address the ongoing situation in these homes". Six residents from the homes are being moved to hospitals in a continuing effort to get the outbreaks under control.
