School bus slides off road in Grey Highlands

Grey Bruce OPP have reopened Grey Road 132, East of Hwy 10, in Grey Highlands after a school bus carrying students to class slid into ditch.

Constable Rick Sather says conditions were icy and snowy at the time of the incident, just before 9.am.

"I'm happy to report that there were no injuries. All of the 20 students who were on the bus have been evacuated and safely returned to school," he said.

OPP were also called to a single vehicle rollover collision on Grey Road 18, South of Springmount, in Georgian Bluffs this morning. The vehicle has been removed from ditch and the road is open

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
