Roads snow covered, no advisories

Roads are partly to mostly snow covered throughout much of the region this morning but there are no watches or warnings in effect.

Bruce County Roads Department is reporting track bare to snow covered roads throughout the county. There is some moderate drifting reported in the Lucknow, Kincardine, and Teeswater, areas. Visibility is good.

In Grey County, roads are mostly snow covered with some track bare to bare and wet sections in the eastern edge of the county.

The Ministry of Transportation is reporting major highways in Huron and Perth are mostly snow covered north of Highway 8. To the south, roads are partially snow covered.

Visibility could be reduced on Highway 21 from Goderich north to Amberley.

In northern Wellington County, roads are described as snow covered to partly snow covered.

There are no road closures at this time.

 

There are some scattered flurries expected through the day.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
