Two sent to hospital following head on collision

Grey Bruce OPP are investigating a head on collision that occurred in Meaford.

On February 17th, at 8:43 a.m. OPP responded to a two vehicle collision on Highway 26, between Grey Road 112 and the 11th Line.

Both of the involved vehicles were severely damaged in this head on collision. Two occupants were transported to hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

Traffic was rerouted around the scene but the highway has since reopened.

The investigation is continuing.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
