Kincardine resident puts $2 million in the bank

A Kincardine resident is $2 million richer after winning the Ontario 49 jackpot from the March 17 draw this year.

Richard Butler, 77, matched all six numbers but says he had to check his ticket a dozen times before it sunk in.

Richard plans to treat himself with something and save the rest for his children and grand children's future.

The winning ticket was purchased at Rexall on Sutton Street in Kincardine.
