Grass fire near Bluevale

Fire fighters from North Huron were called out to a grass fire near Bluevale.

The Fire Department of North Huron tweeted 4 a.m. Monday they were responding to the fire and asked that motorists yield to emergency vehicles.

No word if any structures were threatened by the fire.

The heat wave is expected to continue for a couple more days.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
