COVID-19 case counts low in Wellington Dufferin Guelph

Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health added eight new cases of COVID-19 Wednesday. There are 115 active cases.

Nine residents are hospitalized with the virus, and another four are fighting the effects of the virus in the ICU.

Three of today's new cases were in Wellington County, where there are 21 active cases. Five of those cases are in Wellington North. There are no active cases in Mapleton or Minto.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
