GBHU to host series of COVID-19 vaccination clinics August 9th-14th

The Grey-Bruce Health Unit will be hosting a series of COVID-19 vaccination clinics this week.

GBHU confirmed in a release that from August 9th to the 14th, there will be numerous clinics held at various times throughout their region. That includes locations in Hepworth, Ayton, Keady, Dundalk, Owen Sound, Port Elgin, Walkerton, Hanover, Lucknow, Southampton and Kincardine.

All clinics are walk-in, bike-in and drive-in. The list of clinics is subject to change based on supply. Monday, August 9th Hepworth Ball Diamond/Tourist location, 9:00am – 1:00pm Ayton Arena Parking Lot, 3:00pm – 7:00pm

Tuesday, August 10th Keady Arena, 7:00am – 11:00am Dundalk Arena Parking Lot, 4:00pm – 7:00pm Owen Sound District Secondary School, 9:00am – 2:00pm

Wednesday, August 11th Port Elgin Nuclear Innovation Institute, 11:00am – 2:00pm Walkerton Kaufman’s Independent Grocers Parking Lot, 4:00pm – 7:00pm Hanover P&H Centre, 9:00am – 2:00pm

Thursday, August 12th Owen Sound Heritage Place Mall, 10:00am – 2:00pm Lucknow Sports Complex, 4:00pm – 7:00pm Kincardine Davidson Centre, 9:00am – 2:00pm

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
