Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Grey-Bruce hosting annual Golf Fore Kids' Sake fundraiser

Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Grey-Bruce is set to host their 5th annual Golf Fore Kids' Sake fundraiser.

This year's event will run on Saturday, September 18th, at the Sauble Golf & Country Club. There will be plenty of golfing, food and activities all while supporting local youth in the region. The release states that "proceeds from Golf Fore Kids’ Sake will ignite the potential of young people in our communities through the power of mentoring."

Golfers pay a fee of $100 with a $25 tax receipt included, which provides them with one 18-hole round of golf with a cart, a plated steak dinner and access to a silent auction and bucket draw.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
