Police investigating brawl in Arthur

Police are investigating after a brawl in Arthur.

The OPP says officers responded to a fight at a local business on August 18, just after 11 p.m.

A number of people were injured. And a group of 20 to 30 individuals, with suspected ties to the Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs, were involved. But a number of people left the scene before police arrived.

The investigation is on-going and the OPP says there are no public safety concerns and it appears to be an isolated incident.

The OPP Wellington County Crime Unit and Biker Enforcement Unit are involved in the investigating and are urging members of the public to come forward with any information in relation to the incident.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
