Police investigating break-and-enter theft from local business

Huron County OPP are investigating a recent break-and-enter theft that occurred at a business in Clinton.

Police say sometime between 6 p.m. on August 23rd and 7 a.m. on the 24th, a thief forced their way into an Albert Street business in Clinton by breaking through an exterior door. Once inside, the culprit stole about $2,000 worth of merchandise and equipment. Some of the stolen items consisted of lotions, cosmetics and stereo equipment.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
