Police release identity of deceased following fatal motorcycle crash

South Bruce OPP have released the identity of a person killed in a fatal crash involving a motorcycle.

On August 24th at 4:16 p.m., police received a report of a serious collision along Highway 21 in Kincardine. Officers responded with Bruce County EMS and members of Kincardine Fire and Emergency Services to find a pick-up truck and a motorcycle were involved in the crash. The passenger on the motorcycle was pronounced deceased. They have been identified as 55-year-old Centre Wellington native Sharon Tisor.

Police continue to investigate the crash. Anyone with any information or who may have witnessed the crash is encouraged to contact South Bruce OPP or Crime Stoppers.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
