North Perth to host virtual public information session on Wallace Street one-way block trial

The Municipality of North Perth is inviting residents to join them for a virtual public information session on October 4th.

The session, which will be held via WebEx virtual meeting, will be on the ongoing Wallace Avenue one-way block trial in Listowel.

Recently, a number of local businesses sent a letter to North Perth Council and attended a meeting expressing concerns over the ongoing traffic experiment in Listowel's downtown, which was first introduced on August 16th of this year.

The WeEx meeting will allow for participation by either computer or smart mobile devices or a telephone. A WebEx link and password or a WebEx telephone number will be issued prior to the meeting to all those registered to participate.

To register for the meeting, email pberfelz@northperth.ca using the subject line “PIC One Way Trial Speaker Request” prior to 12:30 p.m.

The meeting will run from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on October 4th. Those who wish to watch the meeting and not participate can do so on the North Perth Youtube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/user/NorthPerthOntario/
